Advice

Trust your clear understanding.

Practice

Recite OM A RA PA TSA NA DHI.

The symbol

Manjushri, the bodhisattva of wisdom, holds a flaming sword that cuts through ignorance and a book of the Perfection of Wisdom. His mantra is the one recited before every Mo, so his appearance in a throw is the clearest answer the die can give.

The two throws

Manjushri Appears comes up when the first throw of the die shows DHI (wisdom) and the second shows A (space).

དྷཱི
First: DHI · Wisdom

DHI is the seed syllable of Manjushri, the bodhisattva of wisdom. It stands for clear understanding, intelligence and blessing, and it turns almost any throw toward a good outcome.

ཨ
Second: A · Space

A is the first sound of every alphabet and the syllable of open space. It stands for what is wide, clear and not yet filled: room to move, a fresh start, nothing in the way.
