The symbol

The Three Jewels, the Buddha, his teaching and the community, are the refuge of every Buddhist. A treasury of jewels stands for riches of every kind, including the inner qualities that cannot be lost or stolen.

The two throws

The Treasury of Jewels comes up when the first throw of the die shows NA (earth) and the second shows DHI (wisdom).

ན
First: NA · Earth

NA is the syllable of earth. It stands for what is solid and lasting: land, home, property, the body and slow, steady increase.

དྷཱི
Second: DHI · Wisdom

DHI is the seed syllable of Manjushri, the bodhisattva of wisdom. It stands for clear understanding, intelligence and blessing, and it turns almost any throw toward a good outcome.
