Nectar, amrita, is the drink of immortality in Indian and Tibetan lore, and also a name for the Buddha's teaching. An ocean of it is abundance on a scale that cannot be exhausted, which is why the sign also invites generosity.
The Ocean of Nectar comes up when the first throw of the die shows PA (water) and the second shows PA (water).
